Swamp Music’s Bluetick Kennel offers a wide variety of training options. We have access to thousands of acres of hunting ground in southeast Georgia. In order to ensure success your hound will be hunted 3 nights per week for a minimum of 3 hours per hunt. A weekly journal is kept and a monthly report card is provided to keep you up to date on your hounds progress. References available upon request.

CH. Blue Steel Flirt is currently in training at our training facility. When she came to our kennel she had only been run off of feeder buckets. Currently, she has successfully treed 11 coons in the wild without the use of feeder buckets.

South Georgia is known for it’s Evergreen and Cypress trees, flat bottom ponds, and back woods swamp land. Swamp Music’s Bluetick Kennel has access to thousands of acres of land as pictured below. This land is ideal for hunting raccoons and training hounds. These same swamps are home to deer, armadillos, wild hogs, and some of the finest coon hunting in the world. In our training program your hound will be exposed to all of these. Trash breaking is included in our training price.
